We have tried to keep this as simple as possible. If you are new to us, you do need to see one of our GPs for a video consultation. For subsequent visits, we offer a cheaper fee for a simple repeat prescription (but again - only if you have already seen one of our online doctors for this medication previously).

Discounted Consults

We provide discounts for younger ages and Community Service Card holders. (updated pricing as of 1st August 2026)

For Community Service Card (CSC) holders:

  • Under 14s: FREE
  • 14-17: $13.50
  • Adult: $23.50

Not a CSC holder:

  • Under 14s: FREE
  • 14-17: $45

Another common question we get is do we charge extra for un-funded people? (e.g. tourists / vistor Visas etc) - the answer is no - it is just the standard adult rate. Book now!

Repeat Prescription

$32 (inc GST)
  • If we have already had a consultation with you and prescribed these medications before, you can usually request these again using this easier process.
  • (Maximum prescription length is 3 months - this is common to all NZ Pharmacies).
